Premier Focus Solutions is on a mission to redefine how Life Sciences companies, regardless of their size, connect with top-tier talent. Born out of frustration with the status quo approach of traditional staffing firms and consulting companies, our organization was founded by industry executives with a vision for something better.

Kyle Fenstermaker helps drive strategic direction for Premier Focus Solutions and works closely with clients and prospects to develop fully customized solutions to meet their complex staffing needs. Kyle has spent his entire career selling software and consulting services to life sciences companies. Prior to joining Premier Focus Solutions, Kyle held numerous roles in business development for YourEncore, Liquent, Thomson Reuters, Octagon Research Solutions and Accenture. Kyle has worked with life sciences companies of all sizes ranging from one product companies to Fortune 10 organizations. At Premier Focus Solutions, Kyle is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for setting the corporate strategy, goals, and annual targets for the company.
Jason LaMotta brings over 20 years of experience as a consistently top-ranked sales and management professional. Jason has spent most of his working career within the life sciences and pharma space helping industry leading companies grow and achieve their goals. He has worked for Abbott Laboratories, Merck, Accenture, Tracelink and YourEncore selling both software and services in support of the drug development process. At Premier Focus Solutions, Jason is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving strategic growth within Premier Focus Solutions customer base as well as within its diverse network of expert resources.
Michael Lassoff is a seasoned life sciences professional who has a passion for creating new solutions to old problems. Mike is innovative, solution focused, and efficient at solving complex challenges. Mike has more than 25 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and has held leadership roles in sales, consulting, quality assurance and control, global support and operations. Prior to joining Premier Focus Solutions, Mike worked for several companies including Thomson Reuters, IQVIA, Liquent, YourEncore and R-Squared Services and Solutions. At Premier Focus Solutions, Mike is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing Global Operations, Finance and Administration.
