Kyle Fenstermaker helps drive strategic direction for Premier Focus Solutions and works closely with clients and prospects to develop fully customized solutions to meet their complex staffing needs. Kyle has spent his entire career selling software and consulting services to life sciences companies. Prior to joining Premier Focus Solutions, Kyle held numerous roles in business development for YourEncore, Liquent, Thomson Reuters, Octagon Research Solutions and Accenture. Kyle has worked with life sciences companies of all sizes ranging from one product companies to Fortune 10 organizations. At Premier Focus Solutions, Kyle is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for setting the corporate strategy, goals, and annual targets for the company.
Jason LaMotta brings over 20 years of experience as a consistently top-ranked sales and management professional. Jason has spent most of his working career within the life sciences and pharma space helping industry leading companies grow and achieve their goals. He has worked for Abbott Laboratories, Merck, Accenture, Tracelink and YourEncore selling both software and services in support of the drug development process. At Premier Focus Solutions, Jason is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving strategic growth within Premier Focus Solutions customer base as well as within its diverse network of expert resources.
Joe Lamendoal With over 30 years of leadership experience, Dr. Joe Lamendola serves as Senior Advisor to Premier Focus Solutions, guiding our Regulatory Strategy & Development Hub. He provides expert support across all key aspects of drug development and regulatory engagement—including pre-IND, end-of-Phase 2, pre-NDA, and Advisory Committee interactions. He helps organizations navigate regulatory structure, streamline development processes, and align cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory, clinical, and commercial strategies work in lockstep.
​Dr. Lamendola is widely recognized for his ability to assess development risk and design actionable strategies to mitigate it. He has held senior executive positions at global pharmaceutical leaders, where he played a key role in transforming U.S. regulatory strategy. Over his career, he has contributed to nearly 40 NDA approvals across more than 10 therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiovascular/metabolic, infectious disease, immunology, antifungals, allergy, and biologics. His work has supported major commercial successes such as Nasonex, Zetia, Eliquis, and Farxiga, and he brings additional expertise in 505(b)(2) submissions, Orphan Drug programs, labeling, advertising, and promotional review.
